𝑺𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒎 𝒐𝒇 𝑳𝒊𝒇𝒆 𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒔 𝑪𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒐𝒓𝒚 5

Life, for me, has been like a category five hurricane. Fives in Tarot are related to challenge, conflict, adversity, disruption, and life lessons. Although difficult, the silver lining of fives is that they offer us real world experience and a chance to change and grow.

My entire life landscape feels like it has been completely leveled since December 2023, and the only thing I have been able to focus on in the past 6 months is my own day to day survival. During this time (as a very modest and independent person) I had to become comfortable with accepting help, comfortable with living in the moment, and comfortable putting my life on pause as I applied my oxygen mask first, so that I could regroup, recover, and reset after being pulled completely off course.

During this ruthless Category Five, I slowly learned the art of surrender and began to understand that I truly had no real control over the story playing out in my life. With this was the realization that control is really only an illusion.

I realized that although we may be able to regulate some things in our human experience, those things are only the "micro" things of a "macro" thing we truly have zero command over. Good, bad, or indifferent, the "macro" is controlled by something outside of us, and it is much bigger than any of us. There is a Divine Order that is an exterior expression of what is found within ourselves. Although we may be able to choose the roads we take along the way, we do not get to chose the destinations we are scheduled to visit.

As I started to lean into this uncomfortable surrender, I also learned that in order to survive, I had no choice but to develop trust in this "Divine Order" that was coming from outside of me. That trust would become like a barge in the middle of the ocean during this incredible storm. The "barge" allowed me to travel through these extreme conditions very steadily and safely without getting tossed around.

I remained stable, focused, and clear despite the storm raging around me. As my relationship of trust with the barge grew stronger, I became more confident with simply knowing that in spite how of powerful the storm was, the barge was strong enough to weather its fierce attack, and would get me safely to the other side. Even if it brought to where the landscape was completely unfamiliar, where I was going was better than where I had been.

The barge that brought me through the storm has a name, and its name is FAITH.

FAITH is what has allowed me to ride out this storm with confidence, clarity, and a strength I didn't know I had.

I share this because many of us are facing personal life storms right now. We are all navigating losses and changes and challenges that are like nothing we have ever experienced before. We are losing careers, money, businesses, homes, security, old ways of life, relationships, health, hope, and people we love. To make matters worse, things are getting very dark as the Category Five rolls around our world, in to our country, our states, our counties, and into our towns.

I sounded the storm warnings for the past 2-3 years in some of my old tarotscopes and posts. I tried to present it in ways that were digestible, but honestly got tired of repeating the same challenging messages over and over, so I took a step back from sounding the alarm, and started becoming the lighthouse. The storm is now approaching, and it is about to make landfall.

The world, including the United States, is in for one hell of a shake up between now and next year. There are many who clearly see this, there are some who just do not. Regardless, it has the potential to get extremely overwhelming, especially for those who have not prepared... and a big piece of preparation is learning the art of surrender... recognizing what we can control and what we cannot. Even more important is learning to step on to the barge and TRUST it will take you and your soul where it needs to go. It can be like getting on a life raft after nearly drowning.

During the months ahead, we will see things, hear things, and experience things we never dreamed or thought possible. The key to navigating these seemingly impossible times is to step fully in FAITH and allow it to navigate you through the storm. 

Control what you can as you ride in FAITH : secure your environment, make plans for the future, keep an eye on your surroundings, keep working toward your goals, plan for turbulence, accept help when you need it, know when to place life on pause, grab your oxygen mask when you need it, help others when you can, know what to leave behind, use the soul as your compass, and join forces with each other to help rebuild a better landscape for tomorrow. 

These are some of the "micros" we can control. , but ulitmately leave the "macro" up to FAITH and TRUST it will get you through the storm.

Although we will witness the darkest hour of humanity, we will also witness the highest vibration (love), amazing possibility, and Divine intervention through miracles beyond our comprehension.
